FIELD GUIDE SYNOPSIS
The "Foraging Faeries: Plant Safety Field Guide" is a rhyming story designed to engage children with plants and teach them about plant safety and identification. Through whimsical Faerie characters, the guide aims to combat "plant blindness"—the lack of awareness of plants in everyday life—and highlights the importance of plants in our environment. It encourages curiosity and safe foraging practices, emphasizing that plants can be used for various purposes like healing and cooking. The guide seeks to foster a greater appreciation for plants, promoting environmental awareness and resourcefulness from a young age.
