This logo is made for the Podcast "Liminal Lantern". This podcast shines a light on topics such as Spirituality, Religion, Magic, Mysticism, and the Supernatural. Each one of these topics shares a liminal space with one another and can intersect in any shape or form. This podcast also encourages people to put aside differences and look at the similarities that they share. The lantern of the logo shines a light and guides us through each one of these topics. The arch of the logo represents the liminality that is associated with doors and archways. Doors and archways are a threshold that allows us to cross into the other side, hence it is the in-between and the liminal space.

INITIAL ILLUSTRATION DESIGN:
I attempted to illustrate, color, and shade the liminal lantern logo in Procreate and make it look intrinsic, but then I realized that a simple lantern design would make it more readable and understandable. I also realized it would be easier if I sketched out the image in procreate and then vectorize it in Adobe Illustrator.
